Logement fidèle à l’annonce, emplacement très proche du centre ville. Raine a été extrêmement disponible pour nous aider tout au long du séjour, c’est très appréciable !

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Dire Vermieter waren immer gut zu erreichen und haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Auch wenn das Haus nicht direkt im Zentrum ist, ist alles gut erreichbar. Schöne Aussicht und ruhige Umgebung.

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit insgesamt 5 Leuten und hatten sogar den Pool Bereich nur für uns, weil keine anderen Gäste da waren. Alles sauber, Klima funktionierte und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Raine hatte immer sofort zurückgeschrieben und uns Empfehlungen gegeben, zwecks essen gehen und Unternehmungen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!

Bello alloggio, un po’ datato ma ben fornito. La piscina è in condivisione con altri appartamenti sottostanti. La vacanza è andata molto bene soprattutto grazie alla presenza costante di Raia, che ci ha aiutato nel Check in, check out e nell’organizzazione di attività sull’isola.

This accommodation is the perfect accommodation for a large family. Even though we arrived early, they provided the convenience of adjusting the check-in time. If we asked for help, they tried to resolve it as soon as possible. Raine was always contacted quickly and treated me kindly until the end. The children loved the accommodation so much and had a satisfying time

It is a wonderful appartement with beautiful view. A green private spot above the superbusy Mae Haad area. The hostess, ms Raine, was very helpful, practical and lovely person. She makes sure you get all you need 🙂

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in der Villa Seaview Garden. Das Haus ist schön, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. In manchen Badezimmern war der Wasserdruck etwas schwach, aber ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Unsere Ansprechperson Ms. Raine war super freundlich und hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Man kann auch Wäsche machen lassen (50 Baht/kg) und es gibt einen Taxi Service, der einen für 350 Baht (max 7 pers.) zum/ vom Pier bringt. Wir hatten Roller gemietet, für die es gute Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, aber auch zu Fuss kann man den Ort und verschiedene Restaurants gut erreichen, es geht aber etwas bergauf auf dem Heimweg. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen! Was man wissen muss, ist, dass nur eine gewisse Menge an Strom und Wasser gratis zur Verfügung stehen und man dann noch etwas draufzahlen muss. Wir mussten knapp 600 Baht noch bezahlen am Ende unseres Aufenthalts.

I loved staying here. Our guide, Raine, was amazing. 10/10. She helped us order food, wash clothes and with taxi. She responded quickly and helped us in any way she could. Would recommend! The pool is also really nice

We spent 3 nights in this panthouse. Host was super flexible and understanding. Apartment was clean and very comfortable furnitures. We highly appreciated drinking water delivery service and the recommandations of activities and food deliveries nearby. Thank you for hosting us!

I really loved the location. The host and the people working there were very helpful, responsive and nice. The only main issue we had was with the wifi. It was very very slow and the host said it’s as expected in Koh Tao. My cell wifi was working fine though. Overall I really recommend this place if you don’t mind going up multiple steep stairs and enjoying a beautiful view.

Anthony and Jesper were really friendly and everything, but the interior in the apartment is really old and it really needs some renovations. The bathrooms weren’t clean, when we arrived, so they sent a cleaning team to fix this. It still wasn’t the best experience! The area is really nice though, very quite and amazing view.

Grundsätzlich ein super schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Bequeme Betten und jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage plus eigenes WC. Allerdings gab es keine Putzlumpen oder Abwaschtücher. Ausserdem passten die Stecker des Wasserkochers, Toasters etc. nicht zu den Steckdosen der Villa. Dazu ist die Wohnung eher lieblos eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ganz in Ordnung. Ist jedoch nicht besonders sauber und das Chlor zum waschen hatte sich nicht im Wasser aufgelöst, sodass nur ein weisser Fleck dort war. Wir bestellten Wasser über die Nummer, die in der Wohnung angegeben wurde. Es dauerte knapp 24h bis wir den Tank erhielten. Alles in allem gut. Aber es gibt doch einige Punkte, welche leicht mit ein bisschen Aufwand verbessert werden könnten.

We had the place booked out for 3 nights for a birthday and had a great time. The views are fantastic. The hosts were very helpful prior to booking and then the property management helped us out with anything we needed during our stay. Taxis, bikes and anything else we needed were easily dealt with. A big thanks for having us and making our time here so enjoyable

Хотим поблагодарить хозяев за гостеприимство и отзывчивость. Помогли организовать трансфер, посоветовали какие места посетить. В основном оценку ставлю за хорошее отношение к гостям. Из плюсов , много места и есть маски для снорклинга Сама вилла расположена высоко , и пешком ходить могут только спортсмены. Не хватало нужных нам вещей : утюга, половых тряпок , сушилки для посуды , стиральной машины, кондиционер в гостиной отсутствовал. Была сломана ступень на лестнице к бассейну , что показалось нам опасным. Было бы очень хорошо , если все доработали. В целом цена соответствует качеству , считаю, что это достойный вариант для остановки на острове.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons toujours eu des réponses rapides à nos demandes. Le wifi a toujours fonctionné pour nous et pas de supplément eau/éléctricité alors que nous étions 10 dans l'appartement. Les restos et supérette sont accessibles à pieds (même avec des enfants). Pas de doute, si nous revenons à Koh Tao, nous reviendrons ici.

You should be prepare to have electricity surcharge to pay. We only used the AC at night and no fan during the night or in the day and we still had to pay for electricity. The location is great , beautiful view, the pool was clean and everything was taking good care of. The host are very responsive.
