About Us

Hi there nice to meet you - we are Anthony & Jesper, co-owners of Villa Seaview Garden on Koh Tao, Thailand, an amazing apartment complex overlooking the world famous Nang Yuan island.

Our focus is on ensuring that your stay with us is stress free and memorable. We have a team on hand to help you every step of the way.

Villa Seaview Garden is one big Villa with 3 apartments of total of 280 sq. area. Divided into:

1 x Top floor 140 sqm 3 bedroom penthouse apartment (sleeps up to 10)
2 x 70 sqm 2 bedroom apartments (sleeps up 4 or 5 depending on apartment)

Neighbourhood description
Villa Seaview Garden us located in Mae Haad which is where the main pier is located. Mae Haad is host to a number of great restaurants that cater for all tastes (whether Thai, Italian, French etc). There are also a number of bars where you can grab a sunset drink on the beach. Mae Haad is only 5 mins drive away from the main beach area, Sairee, where you will find even more great places to visit, dine & drink. There are a number of different beaches to check out such as Ao Leuk, Freedom beach (entrance charge), Shark Bay and many more. Most of these are very quiet so you will have the beaches more or less to yourselves.

Getting around

The easiest way around the island is to rent a scooter and our staff can happily help you with this process. It should cost approximately 250 THB per day and that includes insurance.

Please be aware that if you do not have prior experience of riding a scooter it could be dangerous. There are numerous accidents on the island, and nearly all are tourists. Also note that any damage to the bikes are charged at very high rates by the renters. Be aware that insurance is typically only valid if you have either a Thai or International Driving Licence.
