Great place for a group of 10 of us to spend Christmas! Amazing views and peaceful area. We especially liked the sofa and balcony areas in the middle of the apartment as it gave us enough space to gather as a group to play games and watch some films. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had before coming. Thank you for having us!

Nice place and view

We stayed at the penthouse for 3 nights, the host and staffs are easy to reach out to and are very helpful, they arranged us taxi and bike rentals, electricity and water bills are not included in the rental, we had to pay ~100$ for 3 nights of stay in the apartment. The pools are shared among other tenants staying in other villas. I'd recommend staying at their villas if you are traveling in a large group of people to Koh Tao.

Great place with an amazing view. The staff was superfriendly and helpful if we needed help with anything. The Villa is on a mountainside with a steep hill, but that’s the same pretty much anywhere on Koh Tao especially if you want to stay somewhere other than the hotels. The closest restaurants and shops of Mae Haad are a 5-10 minute walk away, and all the restaurants do delivery as well. Do note that not all electricity and water are included on the price, so prepare for some extra on top of it, depending on how much you use the AC etc.

Logement magnifique, vue superbe, personnel disponible et serviable. Un seul petit bémol, les consommations d'électricité et d'eau sont à payer en sus a la fin du séjour (1200 baht pour trois nuits à 6), aurais préféré que tout soit inclus. Un service de taxi a toutes heures est prévu, je ne saurais pas dire si le prix est competitif, nous n'en avons pas pris d'autres sur l'île, mais c'est très pratique de commander un taxi sur simple message FB. En résumé : super sejour

Very nice villa with an outstanding view on the beautiful Koh Tao bay. Thomas was very friendly and helpful and the overall stay was great. Electricity and water bills for the stay seemed a bit high but we really don’t know the cost of these things on an Island. Great stay all in all 🙂

Great place

The space was great and pretty much what you’d expect. There are 2 units below the penthouse which share the pool. It was never an issue sharing and everyone was very friendly. It’s a close motorbike ride into town (under 5 mins). They also provided us with the motorbikes which was very convenient. Overall this was a great place with breath taking views. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Koh Tao!

The house is great and the staff are very friendly. Be ready to pay the equivalent of one more night in a fee for the electricity and the water when you check out. I was shocked at how expensive it was!

We were a bunch of college graduates looking for a nice place to stay on this beautiful island. Great place with a phenomenal view. The staff were amazing and helped us out a ton. 100% would recommend!!

Stayed here while backpacking with friends through Asia, was a fantastic place for recently graduated college students to vacation at a reasonable price, value of this was tremendous.

Thomas warmly greeted me and my family at the pier. We were communicating prior to our arrival upon Thomas’s prompt inquiry about our plans. He and another staffer were there waiting at the pier as we arrived. The place is in a good location. While hilly, it is close to bars, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to the other side of the island to snorkel within about 40 minutes. Thomas’s team ensured we are enjoying ourselves. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 bedrooms had inadequate AC and my 70+ year old parents couldn’t stand the 86F heat to sleep comfortably. The staff came to try and repair several times on the first night but unable to fix the issue. We had to relocate my parents to a hotel while the rest of us slept in the same room with AC cooling. The next day the team worked all day to try and fix the issue and they were able to get the AC to cool at a reasonable temperature. Aside from that, we enjoyed everything. Note: we rented a motorcycle for a day to cruise the island at a very reasonable price (250 baht). Otherwise the resort provides taxi service but as anywhere in Koh Tao, transportation is pricey. A lot of good restaurants are within 10 mins walk. Also note that it is likely electricity and water usage would be over what’s covered. We had AC on during sleeping time only (or try to anyway) and the fans on during the day mostly, we had to pay about 1300 baht extra at check out (for a 3 night stay).

Amazing apartment and great staff! Photos can’t describe the view you have from the apartment - Really outstanding. Wonderful host and manager, who where really helpful regarding transport etc. Overall amazing place for a great price!

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids, and we really enjoyed our stay at the penthouse of the villa. The staff was super helpful and nice, and the house was clean and at a good location. Amazing views from the balcony! One of the bedrooms airconditioning didnt work properly everyday, and didnt keep the room cool at night, so that was really the only fault that we came across. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!

Pleasant and beautiful place to stay. Minus for the bad beds. Pool was great. Daily cleaning was good. Guest ralations manager was very friendly and give us good tips. Taxi from pier to villa and back to pier was good extra. Location was great, near everything.

Ett underbart läge med fin utsikt och härlig pool och trädgård, trevlig tillmötesgående personal på en fantastisk ö. Vi har haft en härlig semester med många fina upplevelser.

We enjoyed staying in apartment 2. We thought the amenities were functional for a party of 5. The service from all staff was above and beyond what we had expected. We also liked the fact that the place was extremely clean. The view is what we liked the most about the apartment. It was amazing to wake up to it. A driver was always available to take us anywhere. The fridge was stocked with some beverages including beer and soft drinks. A laundry service was also available at a very reasonable rate. The location was excellent. It is a steep walk up but that is the price you need to pay to have a gorgeous view. We have had better Airbnb apartments in terms of comfort, but you will not be disappointed with this place unless luxury is what you are looking for. Thanks to all the staff, you rock !!

A great place to stay at!! A beautiful appartment with a lovely view of Sairee beach and koh nangyuan. A Great place where you can relax by the pool but also pretty close to the bars and clubs down by the beach! Me and My friends are backpacking and we thought This place was perfect! We rented scooters for 200bath/day. Almost nothing is more than 10 minutes away if you do this. I strongly recommend the place for people who want to have a great visit for a good price! The people working there are wonderful as well! It felt like i was leaving My own home when i left!

Dom bardzo ładny i czysty, fajny basen. Komunikacja z manager Elu błyskawiczna. Dość blisko do miasteczka portowego z duża ilością restauracji, barów, sklepów itp. Do najbliższej plaży ok 10 minut pieszo jednak jest to plaża tuż przy porcie, do bardziej malowniczych plaż niestety trzeba dojechać taksówka (nie ma z tym problemu choć koszt taksówki na Koh Tao jest wysoki). Apartamenty bardzo czyste i przestronne, piękny widok z tarasu (dom jest na wzgórzu) Polecamy!

The view is amazing and the Villa was lovely. The manager and staff were great and helped us organize a private longtail for the day. They also recommended a reputatable place to rent scooters. The pool was nice, especially after walking up the stairs from the beach! It's a bit of a trek to/from Sairee beach but definitely walkable if you're up to it. The fridge is stocked with beer and soft drinks at a reasonable cost which was convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a gorgeous apartment with high quality, modern appliances and a superb location with amazing views over the Mae Haad bay. The hosts provide all information and everything you need for an enjoyable holiday including free transfers from the ferry. Our stay at Villa Sea View Gardens helped us make memories there that will last a lifetime.

This villa exceeded expectations. The villa was beautiful and the views were even more spectactular. Not to mention the hospitality. Ellu, showed us were everything on the island was and what places to visit and her recommendations were spot on. Kitty and Yai made our experience on Koh Tao something we would never forget. Beautiful house, there are totally 4 apartments but we were the only one there, ELlu the property manager has arranged complimentary taxi pick up from the pier upon arrival, it only takes 3-4 min by car to the pier, 5-6 min on foot. The location of the apartment is relatively quiet but only a short stroll away from all the amenities, it's also good to be away from all the bars and touristy area but still within manageable walking distance, rooms cleaned daily, verandah cleaned daily, also daily friendly greetings from Yai and Ketty the maids available for help all he time. Great property and we strongly recommend to anyone who interested spending a week or 2 in kohtao

We enjoyed our stay in Thomas and Samantha's beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa SeaView Garden. The view is amazing, the pool is lovely with a big deck to relax on. We were in apartment 2 and it was well furnished, comfortable beds, and all the things you need for simple cooking in the kitchen. The area is perfect, a steep hill to climb back up to the apartment and stairs, but it was fine. The staff are also lovely and the cats are very friendly.

8 of us stayed in the Penthouse and despite the non-stop rainstorm during our few days there, we all had just the best time! The view was simply perfect, we hung out in the pool every evening, and communication/helpfulness from Ellu, Yai, and Kitty was great. This place was a big reason we loved our time in Koh Tao. Thanks!

The penthouse is unbelievable, I would love to stay here again. The views were stunning and the hosts were so helpful, recommending great places to eat and reputable places to rent mopeds/ dirt bikes from.

We really loved the penthouse, the view will be permanently in our heads...definitely a true paradise. Miss Yai and her husband Kitty were so incredibly helpful during our stay. They brought us water and food directly to the house at a very fair price. The main downside to this Airbnb is the accuracy of the listing. The landing page picture makes it seem like the penthouse has a U-shaped pool in front. For clarification purpose, the penthouse is the upper level of the large house with a square pool in front. We would still recommend this place but want renters to know what they are getting.
